UTair works in close cooperation with district administrations in the regions of southern Tyumen and in the Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenetsk autonomous regions for rendering emergency medical aid to residents of the Tobolsk, Vagaisk, Berezovsk, Beloyarsk, Oktyabrsky, Khanty-Mansi, Surgut, Tazov and Yamal districts.

UTair pilots are accomplished professionals with specialized training and certification for making flights in extreme weather conditions, in mountainous areas, at night and under instrument only conditions.
